011 . I'll camp multipath like a bawwwssss. No. No you won't.
Alrighty then baby! Y u no lyke multipathing yooooo!!!! My Storm Peaks is always totally empty, nobody ever here!!!!!!
Are you sure?
O ya! I /who every hour or two and only see a few peeps!
Isn't a few considerably more than empty?
Wuteva! I want to see all the paths!
Well... Here's the thing. It's not that hard to explain, really. Even if you're spamming /who and expect it would take about 30 seconds to get to Frozen Lake spawn and you have a plan to ge there before they do, assuming they entered from Dal and that's the closest spawn spot to Dal... How do you know they entered the zone that way? How do you know they didn't log out on a spawn spot? How do you know they didn't enter from god knows where elsewhere on the zone border?
Beyond that, are you watching the other factions too? All it takes is one happening to be passing by a spawn spot not close enough to you for you to see... Or happening across it while it's pathing towards you, but not to you... Chances at any multipath, even if it's down on frozen lake itself, are less than any possible spawn spot.
The only thing I would ever use a multipath spot for is checking for slacker campers / no campers on a server with something up. And that's just four path. I'll log on and sit on four path for 15 minutes and move on to the next server. Because I can. Or if I seriously give no shits at all I might stick a toon that doesn't have it there for lols. But if I ever camp seriously, it's spawn spot. Always.
